CONSORTIUM
Group of individuals, firms, or governments working together to achieve a specific objective. Every entity is only responsible to the group relative to the obligations determined in the contract. Hence, the entity remains independent in its normal business operations and cannot interfere with fellow member’s operations not related to the consortium.
