CONTINGENCY ORDER
Order executed only if certain conditions of the security being traded have been met. These prerequisite conditions varies in scope and depth. This order may depend on the potential purchaser’s capacity to sell several securities in his portfolio to free the funds, in order to make the purchase. Moreover, it may also depend on the share price of another security.
