CONVEYANCE
Transferring an ownership interest in real property from one individual to another. It also pertains to the written statement including deed or lease giving the legal property title from the seller to the buyer. Most commonly, it occurs in real estate in which a written contract, between the seller and buyer, indicated the agreed-upon purchase price and date of actual transfer, and obligations and responsibilities of both parties.
