DOW JONES BRIC 50 INDEX
Market capitalization-weighted stock index made up of 50 of the most liquid and biggest firms operating in Brazil, Russia, India, and China. Its stock universe is the Dow Jones Global Indexes for the four countries, encompassing about 95% of the market capitalization on local exchanges. Russia’s representation is for five positions; while for Brazil, Russia, and China, they have 15 positions each.
