EARNINGS MOMENTUM
Term describing the corporate earnings per share (EPS) growth accelerates or decelerates from the previous fiscal quarter or year. It normally coexists with ascending revenues and/or expanding margins caused by escalated sales, cost improvements, or overall market growth.
