EASY MONEY
Literally, it refers to money easily acquired. In academics, it particularly describes a situation in the money supply. Easy money emerges when the Federal Reserve permits cash flow to grow within the banking system. It reduces interest rates, making it easier for banks and lenders to loan money. Hence, money is easily acquired by borrowers.
