EBITDA TO FIXED CHARGES
Ratio gauging the firm’s capacity to incur more debt or ability to pay off existing debt. It is normally gauged as EBITDA over fixed charges over a trailing four-quarter period. In this ratio, fixed ratio pertains to interest costs but the ratio has many variations.
