EBITDA MARGIN
Gauging a firm’s operating profitability. It is computed by taking earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) and then dividing it by the total revenue. Since it excludes amortization and depreciation, EBITDA can give an investor a better view of a company’s core profitability.
