ELECTRONIC MEETING SYSTEM - EMS
Computer-based system facilitating problem-solving, participation, and decision making within a group. The system’s features include electronic brainstorming (normally in anonymous format), discussion tools, parallel processing, and voting. EMS overcome the restrictions of the usual face-to-face meetings such as lack of participation, criticism, and domination of the proceedings by few members.
