Program assisting in the acquisition and distribution of a firm’s stocks to its employees. This ownership aims to lift the employees’ morale, as well as to improve the employee incentives to work hard and make decisions anchored to the firm’s best interests. The arrangement will help in aligning the company employees with the shareholders.
