EXORDIUM CLAUSE
Opening clause of a will outlining a few basic presumptions upon which the rest of the document is grounded. Contents of this clause are likely to encompass:
- Identity of the individual leaving the will
- Residence of the individual
- Revoking all previous wills made by the individual before the date the current will was written
- Declaration the current will belongs to the named person as grantor
