FAIR FUNDS FOR INVESTORS
A provision of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act which was introduced to benefit investors who have lost money because of illegal or unethical activities of individuals or companies that violate securities regulations. Importantly, under this act the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) was enabled to add civil money penalties to disgorgement funds.
