GAZUNDER
Colloquial term in the United Kingdom that refers to the act of a buyer decreasing his true estate purchase offer below its past offer once the transaction is well under way. Usually, it happens when the market is frail and/or the seller considers it unethical. The seller may be forced to take the lower price than continue to pay the carrying costs on the property or hold it in a tumbling market.
