Ethical standards the investment managers use for making performance presentations, ensuring unbiased representation and full disclosure of investment performance results. Formed by the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute and regulated by the GIPS Executive Committee, they have set the standard guidelines for reporting the capacity of an investment to generate profits for investors.
