GOOD DELIVERY
Occurs when a security’s transfer is not obstructed by restrictions or other issued that would avert its delivery to the buyer. This is identified behind the computer screen, in which securities have the certificate indicating the necessary endorsements and registration requirements to transfer the title to the buyer by delivery on the settlement date.
