GRADING CERTIFICATE
Document issued by inspectors or an approved grading panel, stating the quality of a commodity. It is significant since a commodity must be declared whether or not it is of a certain caliber. Commodities exchanges issue guidelines, outlining the characteristics that qualify a commodity as exchange grade.
