GUARANTEE COMPANY
Corporation designed to guard members from liability but normally does not distribute gains to its members and divide assets into shares. Members of this firm are required to pay a fixed amount of money if the company is wound up. It can vary from one member to another. However, it is normally small for private guarantee companies and bigger guarantee firms.
