IDIOSYNCRATIC RISK
Risk associate to price change in an asset or a small group of assets due to certain circumstances. It has small or no correlation with market risk, hence, it can be substantially eased or eliminated from a portfolio through adequate diversification. Research implies idiosyncratic risk accounts for most risks of a single stock over time.
