IMPLIED RATE
Interest rate determined by getting the difference between the spot interest rate and forward or futures rate. The level of relative costliness of a future rate can be evaluated by comparing the implied rate and the spot rate. Computed as:
Implied Rate = Future Rate - Spot Rate
