INCENTIVE DISTRIBUTION RIGHTS - IDRS
Incentive plan designed to give limited partnership's general partner increasing shares in the incremental distributable cash flow generated by that partnership. It occurs along with per-unit distribution increases to limited partners. Usually, the general partner’s share begins at 2% and rises to higher levels up to 50%.
