INCORPORATED TRUSTEE
Corporation, normally a bank trust department or trust company, authorized to act as the Fiduciary for a private trust. This is different to an individual who may be named as trustee. In both cases, the trustee’s role is to administer the orders of the trust’s grantor, and also administer the trust assets.
