INDEX ETF
Exchange-traded funds that monitor a particular benchmark index as closely as possible. These are much similar to index mutual funds although the mutual fund shares can only be reclaimed at one price everyday, index ETFs can be purchased and sold on the exchanges throughout the day. Investors are being exposed to a huge number of securities in a single transaction. This fund replicates all or part of an index.
