INDIRECT METHOD
Process of reporting a statement of a company’s cash flow. It employs indirect method uses accrual accounting information to show the cash flows from operations. Under both direct and indirect methods from the last two sections of the cash flow statement, cash provided from investing and financial activities will be similar.
