INDIVIDUAL RETIREMENT ANNUITY
Retirement investment vehicle similar to an individual retirement account, except that an annuity contract must be purchased, which is subject to numerous conditions. This annuity must be issued in the owner’s name, and only the owner or surviving beneficiaries are qualified to receive benefits from this contract. Individuals other than the primary holder can settle annuity payments.
