INFLATION-ADJUSTED RETURN
Measure of return rate that accounts for the effects of inflation rate. It determines the investment return after removing the inflation effects.
It is computed as follows:
Inflation-Adjusted Return = [(1+Return)/(1+Inflation Rate)] - 1
A simple estimation for this is given by deducting the inflation rate from return rate.
