Information sent to company shareholders that outlines significant matters to be tackled at the annual or special shareholders’ meeting. The document also solicits proxy votes and gives procedures for voting on major issues. The circular may be called Management Information Circular, Notice of Special Meeting of Stockholders, or Notice of Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
