INTRADAY RETURN
Gauges the generated return by a stock during regular trading hours according to its price change from the opening of a trading day to its closing. It is one of the two elements of the total daily return by a stock. Intraday return and overnight return comprise the total daily return from a stock according to the stock’s price change from the close of a trading day to the close of the next trading day. Also known as daytime return.
