INVESTMENT ADVISER REGISTRATION DEPOSITORY - IARD
A one-stop electronic system for investment advisers for registering themselves, as well as submitting required reports and disclosures with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and state regulators. All SEC-registered investment advisers and to those who will register with the SEC must file Form ADV and amendments to that form electronically via IARD. IARD aims to improve monitoring and regulating investment advisers, and also make the professional information about them available in public.
