IRREDEEMABLE CONVERTIBLE UNSECURED LOAN STOCK - ICULS
A security that can be used to acquire underlying common shares. It is the same with a warrant except that it is subject to the conversion ratio. It essentially renders the safety of a bond until converted to an equity. ICULS has to be converted to shares when matured at the predetermined ratio in case the loan stock is not redeemable.
