ISDA MASTER AGREEMENT
A widely-used standard agreement in over-the-counter derivative transactions internationally. Published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA), it is a document that defines the terms applied to a transaction between two parties. Once both parties agree to the terms, they need not to renegotiate every time a new transaction happens. The agreement was created in 1985.
