ITRAXX
A league of international credit derivative indices that is trailed by International Index Company (IIC). The credit derivatives market, which iTraxx offer, permits parties to hand over the risk and return of underpinning assets from one party to another without actually giving it. The indexes cover regions of Europe, Asia, and Australia.
