JAPANESE GOVERNMENT BOND - JGB
A bond released by the Japanese government. The Japan government settles the interest on the bond until the maturity date. Upon reaching the maturity date, the bond’s full price is given back to the bondholder. Fully backed by the government, JGBs play a vital role in the financial securities market in Japan.
