JOB FOOTPRINT
Scope and range of an employee’s responsibilities for a given role in a company. For instance, a secretary’s job footprint include answering phone calls, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments and meetings, and clerical works. If the individual was promoted to office manager, her job footprint might change or expand to entail ordering office supplies and equipment, overseeing all administrative staff, filing systems, and managing office recordkeeping.
