JOHN NEFF
One of the best known mutual fund investors and portfolio managers in the past 40 years. Notable as a contrarian investor, Neff is not hugely concerned with strict security analysis and executed strategies as stressing a low P/E ratio investments. Neff also headed Vanguard Windsor Fund and copied other investors such as Warren Buffett in that he looks strongly to return on equity (ROE) as primary quality indicator.
