JUDGMENTAL CREDIT ANALYSIS
A manner of approving or declining a credit application based on the lender’s judgment rather than on the applicant’s creditworthiness. The analysis encompasses assessing the borrower’s application and using previous experience dealing with the same applicants to know credit approval. This avoids using any algorithms or empirical measures to determine approvals.
