LANDOMINIUM
A housing community in which the residents have both the housing units and the land where these units are built. A landominium is surrounded with amenities like golf course, gardens, parks, tennis court, club houses, man-made lakes, walking trails, and recreation activities. The homeowners’ association of a landominium community provides the following: maintenance, landscaping, and other services.
