LAST TWELVE MONTHS - LTM
A recently completed 12-month period that is used to evaluate a company’s performance or earnings report. It is a short time frame but long enough to trail the company’s finances. Also known as trailing twelve months (TTM) that is frequently found in a firm’s financial statements.
