LEASE EXTENSION
Continuation of a legal agreement after the term of a rental agreement expires. This legal document should indicate the following: parties in the agreement, dates which the extension begins and ends, and cite the agreement being prolonged. Lease payments, to be executed between a landlord (lessor) and a tenant (lessee), need not to be the same under a lease extension.
