LEASE UTILIZATION
A ratio that measures how much a corporation uses leasing arrangements in acquiring its fixed assets. Utilization comes in two types: operating lease utilization and capital lease utilization, which corresponds with operating leases and capital leases. Departing from the utilization agreement is a ground for termination of the agreement and may lead to civil litigation.
