LENDER
A creditor or an entity who makes funds available to an individual (for instance) for borrowing. The creditor expects the money to be repaid with corresponding interest and/or fees. A lender may refer to an individual, or a public or private firm. Lenders have various loans such as for mortgage, automobile, or small business. The loan should be paid in increments or a lump sum.
