LICENSEE
An individual who is authorized to enter a piece of property with a permission from the owner. In simplest terms, a person who has been issued a license. The property owner and licensee cannot have any kind of reciprocal profit motive. The property owner must advise the person of any hazard or exercise care in order not to injure the licensee. A person or business looking for a property would be considered a licensee.
