LIFESTYLE INFLATION
The act of increasing costs as the income increases. An individual has the tendency to increase his or her spending amount continuously every time there is a salary raise, making it more difficult for them to get out of debt, save for retirement, or obtain huge financial goals. Also, they regard past luxuries as necessities now. This leads to people getting trapped in the rat race of working just to pay the bills. An individual can get out of lifestyle inflation by tracking their spending and saving amounts.
