LIMITED TRADING AUTHORIZATION
A trading authorization that authorizes an agent or broker the power to enter orders or inquire about a client’s account. A level below full authorization, it allows the agent or broker to act on behalf of the client such as withdraw funds. But brokers or agents are not allowed to disperse account funds. Any action to be taken within a limited authorization should be anchored with the investor’s stated goals.
