LOAN LIFE COVERAGE RATIO - LLCR
A financial ratio that determines the capacity of the borrowing company to pay an outstanding loan. To compute loan life coverage ratio, divide the net present value (NPV) of the available funds by the amount of old debt still owed by the company.
