LOAN GRADING
A credit scoring system, used by banks, which assigns a rating of asset quality to a portfolio of loans. It is based on comparing all outstanding loans in a given portfolio. This classification system places the loan in one of the six categories and graded from most stable to totally write-off, or unreviewed.
