LOW-COST PRODUCER
A company that can deliver products or services at a low cost. Generally speaking, these producers make use of economies of scale to execute their master plan of low prices. Consumers who are sensitive to price changes are most likely to shop at stores that give lowest prices, if the product or service is somewhat homogenous. They could even price these goods or services at the same level like their rivals and maintain a broader profit margin.
