MAKE WHOLE CALL -PROVISION
A call provision on a bond, which allows the borrower to pay off the remaining debt early. In this provision, the bond holder needs to make a lump sum payment that is equal to the net present value (NPV) of future coupon payments that is unpaid because of the call. If done, investors will be compensated or "made whole".
