Market dynamics is the dynamic price signal that emerges from continuous changes in the supply and demand of a certain product or group of commodities. A fundamental concept in supply, demand, and pricing models, it also determines how consumers will react to price increases or how businesses will respond to demand changes; as well as how these changes affect other goods or consumer groups.
