MARKET NEUTRAL FUND
A mutual fund that aims to generate superior returns by equating bullish stock picks with bearish ones in any market condition. The profit may be generated from interest proceeds of the sales of short securities. The goal of these funds is to draw consistent returns, at least 3% to 6% above T-bill rate. It can also provide returns like leveraged exchanged-traded funds (ETFs) that delivers 200%-300% earnings on any given investment.
