MASS MARKET RETAILER
A firm that sells reasonably priced products that is appealing to various consumers. Mass market retailers are not known for selling durable and high-quality merchandise, or having customer service beyond compare. But these retailers meet customers’ needs and wants at affordable prices. Some examples of mass market retailers include big box stores Best Buy, Sam's Club, and Target, as well as clothing brands Gap and Levi Strauss, and online retailers like Amazon. Supermarket, drugstore, mass merchandise, and warehouse chains are also considered mass market retailers.
